Double shaft paddle mixer

The WYNVEEN DPMA MIXER realizes a high
mixing capacity with a relative small mixer content.

Purpose

The Wynveen-DPMA mixer is designed for the mixing of dry powders and granulates, irrespective of the bulk density and/or the shape. Fluids and/or solid substances can be added also.

Mixing time

The Wynveen DPMA mixer has a mixing time, depending on the product type and quantity, from10 to 60 seconds

Content

The Wynveen DPMA mixer is available with capacities ranging from 200 to 8500 litres.

Mixing accuracy

The mixing accuracy meets the very stringent requirements, while damage to products is prevented. Variation coefficient less than 1,5% mixing accurancy 1: 100.000

The success

The success of this fast mixing method is a result of the fluidised zone, in which the particles have a complete freedom of movement. Therefore they are able to mix themselves homogeneously in a state of weightlessness.
